  2. 6:26  it has no calories, but it has carbs??

    it has to have some calories.  i'm guessing it has 4.5cal per serving, so they dont legally have to label it. and that each serving is super small.  so that amount shes using most likely has a lot more calories than she thinks.

  3. I replaced 1 cup of the oat flour with 1/2 cup of coconut flour for extra dietary fiber. I also used flax milk instead of Almond milk. This turned out great my family and I loved it. It was hard to save I am definitely doing this recipe again. 

  4. every product of whey protein have different scoop size, ON whey GS 30.4g in a scoop, musclemeds carnivor 37g per scoop. My question is, what type of protein scoop that you used?

  5. This is one of my favorites. I just use regular sweetener packets in place of the xylitol. If not just doing the cinnamon is just fine. I make the batter a little more sweet with liquid sweetener.

  6. She handles the raw chicken, touches the lid of the crock pot, and then warns you 'bout salmonella, then washes. So, if the chicken was contaminated, she just spread it to the lid.
