  1. Try without ginger. You better add oyster sauce, msg, a little sugar , a little salt ( without soya sauce) very little water or stock, toss it and if u find the amount of water is more than you want then add a little corn starch, at the end toss the veggies with a dash of sesame oil. If u want ur veggies a little spicy then use some dry chilly flakes. To save the time you better blanch the veggies in hot water prior to sauté .
