  1. I don't have too much experience with slow cookers, but I think my mom had a slow cooker long time ago. From my understanding, slow cookers take a long time at lower heat, but the ingredients stay the same. For this recipe, if the slow cooker is smaller, you might have to cut the chciken into several parts. Thanks for your question and thanks for viewing my video.

  3. Yes, you're right. The broth can be used to make soup or for cooking other dishes. My mom usually preboils the chicken but didn't for this video. Preboiling gets rid of some of the fats and impurities. Thanks for checking out my video on soy sauce chicken and thanks for your comments.

  4. In germany we have a meal with chicken and a broth with noodles. So could also eat it with the sauce as a soup or do you just cook the chicken in it and eat the chicken by itself? Nice vids by the way, enjoy the ones from china the most.^^
