  1. Thankyou. I sometimes used to get King Prawn omelette from a Chinese restaurant for lunch. I moved away years ago and have recently been craving it. This turned out pretty much how I remember it.

Anywhere near as good as yours.You have managed to find that special taste.the reason I am looking at the recipe again is I have misplaced the one I had.Yours is the best.

    You sound like a domineering school marm. Definitely not fun! And you should specialise- there are so many recipe sites out there.

Hi I am from Scotland,I love to watch your videos.iI tried to make this one but didn't do very well I am not used to working with grams.My measures where all wrong,it came out looking like the dogs dinner,but the taste was wonderful.Thank you for this recipe it is the nearest I have come to the real egg fu yung. Thank you.

  5. Thank you very much for the feedback. I'm sure it would be lovely with veges and rice. We have an abundance of eggs at the moment so it's always good to use things when in season and reasonably priced.
