  1. Eggplants absorbs an excessive amount of oil. I steam my eggplant for about five minutes (80% cooked) and then mix with the spices and sauces. This uses less oil and is healthier.

  2. Thanks for sharing your recipe! I tried it and It's very delicious. I just modified some ingredients due to limited stocks at home. I used Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Red Chili Pepper (siling labuyo), Garlic, Ordinary Vinegar, a pinch of Sugar and Black pepper powder (paminta). I cooked it in "Happy Call Double Pan" and it tastes amazing. BTW, I lived here in Philippines. Thank again and hoping to see more recipes from you.

  4. I bought eggplant today and searched how to cook it. Came across this. Worth it. This was very flavorful. I'm blessed and lucky to have a farmers market. I used my vegetables I'd bought from there. I'm going to make this again tomorrow.

I love to cook and im excited to have found you on here TY again!! :  )   ps asian food is way better than our crappy american food.
