  1. does pearl river bridge have no-msg and organic soy sauce? all pearl river bridge's soy sauces have msg. i was told that they have the best tasting soy sauce. however, 97% of soy in the US is GMO. im trying to avoid it as much as i can.

  2. It is a great idea to replace frying with steaming. Soaking it with some salt to prevent color from changing is another good idea. Thanks a lot.

  7. I just made an eggplant dish with black bean/garlic sauce, but it turned out not so good for some reason. I am not sure if it was the eggplant, or maybe I did not cook the eggplant well enough. I used the more American large, more round eggplant.
