  1. I noticed there was barely a smoke ring to the pork, but I guess that’s to be expected in an oven. I remember once I made a decent approximation to some Chinese style pork ribs by accident using a dry rub. Probably would have been better if I had some 5 spice powder as well.

  2. This looks delicious! 😍 This is unrelated but have you ever used coconut flour? Ive never personally used it but I've noticed it becoming a popular flour alternative in the 'health food' community and I think it sounds interesting
