  3. Nothing but good intentions here, but have you seen recent research re; tin foil heated and it's reaction with food? Apparently it is not good, I suggest using parchment paper for your cooking needs. Now as for the Cha Siu – I think I will try this recipe at home, it looks wonderful.

  4. Yums…Love what your mom says hehehe. Cha siu is so simple to make! I like to marinate the meat in a Ziplock baggie overnight in the fridge I also put in a little whiskey to help the marinade absorb better. .
