  1. Just tried this recipe! It's a very traditional chill chicken, with a heavy spice flavor. Regardless, incredible flavor. Personally, I find theres too much of that ginger/garclic so next time i will probably use 2-3 tbsp instead of 4. To balance the heat, adding sugar and maybe some ketchup would be good. But of course, these changes are all because of my personal taste preferences.
