  1. I'm a subscriber but I want to say that my fellow Americans have never seen a chicken that they didn't think should be eaten. Preferably after a short miserable life at the factory. Since chicken is no so much a part of Japanese cooking can't we just do more seafood recipes.

  2. I really love this channel and your recipes! Could you perhaps show us an at home version of wagashi? I really want to try making it at home since my family really enjoys the mochi i make! I hope the videos keep coming!
