  1. Daddy Jack, what would you reccomend I use for achieving same flavor profile from the chicken if starting from scratch, should I buy a whole chicken and debone or should I use thighs with skin on Eegads I want to make it like your recipe.

  3. Greetings again, from Asia! I tried this recipe this weekend, and it was a big hit with the family.  Seconds were ordered all around.  I substituted red wine for white wine in the sauce, and I added Swiss Brown Mushrooms to the mix.  I also took the foil and cling wrap off for the last 15 minutes or so to brown the cheese.  I posted a photo of the end results on my flickr page.  Here’s a view of a smaller version.  You may have to copy and paste into your browser:

  4. Daddy Jack, could you tell us what brand those pasta sheets are? I've seen Buitoni, but they are pre cooked. I've never seen cooked pasta sheets like that. Awesome.
