  1. Hey thanks, can't wait to try this. Where can I get that corkscrewy skewer that you use to close up the cavity, or at least, what do you call it so I know what to look for.

  2. Oh, it's Orange Chili sauce! Sorry I hadn't seen this video yet, and the last video I watched was carving the chicken where I asked what the sauce was you dipped your little bite of chicken into. So it is bottled, ok. Anyhow, so glad I watched this video next. Awesome recipe, and love how you always seem to make your dishes very do-able (easy). Thanks!
