  2. Why people criticize something that's given to you for free? Whether the dish is Italian or not, so what? Italia is too big with too many regions, different types of cooking. One dish in Milan could be made with different ingredients in Genoa, Venice, Florence, Naples, Palermo, etc. So, what makes someone an Italian esperto? Learn what's given to you, be creative, change the ingredients, cook it in a pan, oven, microwave, grill, or whatever pleases your palate. Make your own. Thank you!

  3. Great Video. I tried the recipe and it turned out great. My only problem was that the corn started popping soon after I added to the pan. How do I prevent that from happening?
