  1. I just tried this on a few shrimp and I would give it a high 7 or a low 8 on a scale of 1 to 10 . It had just enough cayenne to give it a little kick in the after taste department . Would I make a dinner out of it ? Probably not but it was OK , I’ve got better spice mixes so I wouldn’t bother with it . Always looking , rarely satisfied . TheReaper!

  4. I had to make dinner tonight.. Once we turn 15 in the family we have to make a dish for the family. I love Cajun chicken but didn't know how to make it because my mom is the best at it. But this helped out! Not as good as mothers, but that is always true.

  6. Tastes great too. Give it a try with reduced butter if you like. Whenever we served cajun chicken to our guests they loved it. If butter is not your choice of fat, try to prepare cajun chicken with oil. It will come out good either way but we like the taste of butter on this dish and the appetizing aroma it leaves in the house while cooking. Enjoy!

  9. the pan was to hot and caused the butter to burn. use olive oil instead, it will make it healthier and wont burn which will give it a weird taste.

    try mixing the rub with bread crums and dipping the chicken in egg and then in the mix. it is really good.
