  2. I used this recipe and it turned out great! I have tried other bulgogi recipes before and they seemed a bit more complicated than this and didn't even taste as good. I didn't really miss the pear from this recipe. This is the only recipe I use now!

  3. Onions also contains an enzyme that tenderise meats. Onion juice is used a lot in marinades for kebabs in the middle east, I have also seen koreans use it for marinades.;)

  10. Hey chef! I was wondering if there are any tips you have to prevent the sugar from burning too much & making the pan all black by the end? Perhaps I cook the beef for too long and on too high a heat?
