  1. look like you never do a good job on baking your crapy ciabatta bread not to many hole in your bread like it suppose to be lots of big an small hole which you have niether of in yer ciabatta bread you phony baker, any way I rather be enjoying a good meal in eating chinese or hawaiian food taste more better then dam crapy italian food tomato sauce sucks

  2. Hi, if I would like to replace all-purpose flour with wholemeal bread flour can I? If yes, will it be the same amount? 250g? Also can I replace the dry yeast with instant yeast? Is the portion the same (3.5g) and do I still need water? Thanks in advance for your advice! Love your videos!
