  1. OMG your puppy is so cute!!!! Lotus root is hands down one of my favourite root vegetables. So difficult to source here in Australia and if available, usually frozen and expensive. If I find it I will definitely cook this!

  3. I'm not really sure I'm going to be able to find a Lotus root around where I live do you have any ideas what I could substitute for it since it's a route can I use a type of potato or squash?
