  1. Why do Chinese people cook Mongolian food when Mongolians tried to invade China…I guess it's the same as Brits cooking German food or Americans cooking Mexican food but…You built a giant fucking wall and buried your own people in it to keep the Mongols out…why are you cooking their food!?

  2. I don't know how you can touch cornstarch. It sends a shiver down my spine. It's the equivalent of scratching your nails down a blackboard. Nice recipe though.

  3. I tried your Egg Foo Young recipe and it was delicious! So now I'm going to try your Mongolian Beef recipe. I think your corn starch and egg white addition to the meat is a wonderful way to tenderize the beef. Many thanks for the cooking tips! 😀

  4. You are a wonderful teacher! I just made this dish (after watching MANY other videos trying to teach how to make Mongolian beef —and I chose yours because it seemed it would be the most delicious). This is the FIRST time I’ve successfully made Asian food. It was SOOOO delicious! Thank you 🙏🏼!

  5. I love Mongolian beef and would love to try this recipe, but I don't what cuts of beef are good for this recipe ( whether it's expensive OR inexpensive cuts), If anyone has any suggestions, I might even try this weekend!
