  1. I have cooked left over shoulder pork so I will modify the recipe. I will be using leeks. It looks nice. (Okay so maybe it's a different recipe, but I hate celery and leek looks similar.)

  2. Looks great as always. I've been messing up my attempts by using squeeze ginger, it seems to give the food a weird perfume taste.
    My grocery doesn't carry it fresh but maybe they'll order me some

  3. Am avid fan of her cooking. Yup…my ancestors in China have the mother of all wok and overkill cooking utensils, you can feed the whole villagers. Induction cooktops cook faster, less time and more flavour than gas top. She right and please stay away from MSG! Common names of ingredients that always contain behind the labels:
    Glutamic Acid (E 620)
    Glutamate (E 620)
    Monosodium Glutamate (E 621)
    Monopotassium Glutamate (E 622)
    Calcium Glutamate (E 623)
    Monoammonium Glutamate (E 624)
    Magnesium Glutamate (E 625)
    Natrium Glutamate
    Yeast Extract

  4. I made this last night and it was EXCELLENT! I used 2 small green peppers and a couple Jalapeños. I used cooking sherry and I think that really set off the meat. I bought a really nice pork shoulder and portioned off the rest and put it in the freezer. Thank you!
