  3. Tried this tonight. I substituted the garlic powder for no-salt herbs and the olive oil for no-fat vegetable stock. It tasted DELICIOUS! My wife and I even used the leftover water for a vegetable soup. Finally I can enjoy a vegan mash – no dairy, no oil!
