  1. Don't Potassium rich (yellow, orange produce) foods like carrots, yellow squash and bananas lower blood pressure.. Wouldn't it be more effective and safe to raise blood pressure if we consume the Calcium rich foods (such as collard greens or spinach drizzled with lemon to break down the oxalic acid) and increase salt?
    Cooked fats are fractionated and pass the blood barrier raising bad cholesterol levels. I don't think that plugging veins and arteries with cooked fats is a good way to increase blood pressure because Cooked fats pollute the environment of the gene and cause epi-genetic conditions such as auto-immune diseases.
