  1. Actually, chinese noodles and pasta are very interchangeable. Biang biang mian sauce works great for any pasta just as any pasta sauce works great for Chinese ramen noodles. Carbonara and marinara and olive oil and garlic sauces all work wonders for almost all chinese noodles!!!

  7. the difference between all purpose and whiter flour is the amount of starch in the flower .. whiter has more starch … so you can add extra starch … not sure what proportions though
