  1. The coxinha you’ll actually find in most bars in Brazil is a much simpler version of this. It’s shredded chicken meat, mostly just breast, pressure cooked then pan stirred, seasoned with salt, pepper, onions and garlic, then put in an also much simpler dough (just flour and chicken stock), molded into the shape of a drumstick, put in the freezer then deep fried, without the bone. There may be cheese or requeijão in it. The coxinha version in this video is found mainly in higher middle class places. Looks yummy but pricey.
