  4. at 1:11 " browning off " No thats called steaming off ! you have to much meat in that pan and too much steam there is no browing going on , sautee qui ……. beef stock from a carton ? how much salt is in that carton ? ……. 6 / 10

  5. I believe it is called cross most of the country today, with more snow on the way. That is why this the barley soup recipe would certainly work on a day like today!

  7. Glen, that looked so rich, hearty and filling my SOUL wanted some too! I am going to have to try that for sure. I will go with a Pressure cooker version for two reason. #1, I think a different cooking technique would be interesting and #2, I recently bought two pressure cookers and I want to use the damn things…lol! I will give you a shout out for the idea if I film it. I loved the intro by the way…great attention getter! Thanks for sharing this!
