  1. Catherine, thanks for sharing this recipe. This is my every day breakfast, but i change the fruit every day. Sometimes i add berries, like you, bananas other day, apples with cinnamon, depending on the fruit i have on hand in that moment. One question Catherine, do you like to use stevia instead of maple or honey sometimes? Thanks in advance!
    Today, i will be making one of your chicken soups that you have in your cookbooks and one of my favourites, " Cold Soba Noddles", i know, it´s one of your favourite ones too.
