  2. Mmmm egg salad. LOVE it. Oh skewered tortellini what a cute idea. Never had a fig. At least I don't remember ever eating a fig. Are they like any other fruit I'm likely to've eaten? Mmm those banana bread bars look so good. I looked and looked at the bananas last week while at Trader Joe's and decided–finally–I'm just not willing to take the chance that baking with banana would nullify the allergy. So bye bye banana baked goods, too.

  4. Can you just do a video of skewer ideas? You have so many, but it would be fun to see if you can plan like a dinner menu with nothing but skewered foods. lol

  5. Hi Alyssia! For the banana bread bars- the Bento Book (and written instructions here in the comments) say bake at 350 degrees, but the text in the video says 325. Can you confirm which temp?

  6. I made the banana bars today but I had to use 1 cup of milk because my blender would otherwise not mix the ingredients. I baked at 165°C for 25 min. but it seems the batter hasn't cooked all the way through…what's the consistency supposed to be?
