Jo cheez aap bana rahin hai uske bare main bataain naake Indian masaale ke baare main kaccha hai ya pakka hai na bataain kyunki har jage ka khana us aadmi ke liye azeez hai jahan se woh belong karta hai chahe Indian ho ya Pakistani. Aap ne kya Kabhi India ke bhune hue masaalo ka khana khaya hai? Nahin to khake dekhiye ga zaroor.   3. Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullah. Sister what is the basic of using salt? Most of the cooking videos we see 'salt as per your test' but you are different, you are specific about the amount of salt you use and this should be the way. If you please give us an idea like how many tsp/5ml of salt per 1kg meat and for polaow/biriany how many tsp/5ml per cup rice.

  4. Beautiful and yummy dish – did tried it & turned out delicious. Three minute pressure Cooker was definitely not enough. I'm amazed how yours cooked in three minutes. I added a bit more water & further pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Overall beautiful receipe. Thank u for sharing 👌
