  2. Awesome video and definitely way better and more informative than the last video I watched. Easy prep and you are to the point. Love your accent. Going to try this tonight. I need one of those thermometers as well. Keep the videos coming

  3. This is the best recipe for tri-tip…since trying it I have never gone back to my old tri tip recipes! "Since I have just started cooking recently and do not have an outside grill, I am always looking for easy recipes that taste great and this recipe takes the cake. It not only meet my expectations but my picky friends as well. Thank you for this quick. easy recipe that comes out tender and flavorful every time!

  4. I always roast 3 1/2 pound tri-tip because I didn't know how to cook smaller tri-tip.  Now I will buy smaller ones if they look good, and roast them your way.  I love the flavor of tri-tip and also use  itfor Chinese stir fry, removing the fat and slicing very thin.

  5. Cooked my thanksgiving turkey beautifully this year. It was very convenient to use>>>ur2.pl/1203 and I was happy to not take up half my oven cooking the turkey. It cut down on my total cooking time for thanksgiving. The turkey came out moist and tender. Easy to clean after use.

  6. Great recipe. This is the only way I cook my Tri-tip now. Depending on how I feel, I will use a variety of seasonings. Thanks for sharing.

  7. I hear some Polish?! Well, thank you for the recipe and all important details like temperature (F and C), duration, etc). Very helpful. This looks mouth watering good!

  8. That looked amazing!!! I did this last night with a chuck roast. Occasionally we need our meat. lol Yours looked better than mine. I was drooling a little. Okay, a lot. 🙂

  9. If you think you'd like the flavor try cutting slits into the meet and inserting roasted garlic. When its roasted its almost like butter in consistency. Uncooked garlic slices will work too, but I like the texture and flavor of the roasted.

  10. I am full from eating my dinner . Why am i hungry from just looking at your delicious looking steak? Thanks for showing this as I plan on giving it a go!
