  1. instead of frying just mix roasted garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, mustard oil and mix together with smoked eggplant … do not add peas or fry it after mixing.. it wil taste far better.

  2. I just remembered that the start of the word "Shiesh" was for Sautéed onions and tomatoes.  Thanks for tuning in still, this thing is controversial because it was not "splashing" enough around.
