  1. Great video as always! Not a very big fan of avocado because the consistency is too heavy for me, but I'll give this a whirl. Thinking a lot of added veggies will make it more palatable for me.

  2. I always make this in the morning and keeps me full for hours, however to mine i add a few cubes of goats milk fetta, and pumpkin seeds, I also squeeze in one lime. It is really delicious.
