  1. Hi can I do the ratio of this recipe with 4 eggs for pan size 18cm (7 inches)? If so, should I bake with the same temperature? I read the description box, it said 150C in 30’ and 130C in 60-70’, but the subtitle said 150C in 30’ and 110C in 60-70’. So we set it 130C or 110C? I’m excited to use this recipe to make my first ever cheesecake. Thank you. 😊

  2. Hi may I know do I have to keep adding hot water to the tray during the time of baking? Also I flipped the cake when I took out of the oven but then the brown top got destroyed and stick to the plate 🙁
