  1. I'm going to have to give these a try, they look yummy. One thing I've discovered though: I use parchment paper instead of tin foil because I find that the tin foil tends to burn whatever it is I'm making.

  3. I like about anything pickle, such a great healthy snack. That Sriracha dipping sauce looks great too. Do you really need the rice wine vinegar, or would apple cider vinegar work?

  4. Hi Blakely, those look delicious. First off you had me at Sriracha LOL I love that stuff and put it on almost everything. I was wondering if I could substitute almond meal as the breeding or oats blended up? They might not come out as brown as panko, but I'm thinking of using that as it suits my diet better .

  5. Didn't they teach you the "wet hand, dry hand" method for breading in cooking school? 🙂 Have the fried version in restaurants occasionally. Never occurred to me to try this at home. That sauce sounds great. Yum! Thanks Blakely!
