  1. You remind me of "Kelly" from the sitcom Cheers. Very pretty and I will try this recipe. I tried one yesterday that is basically the same except I used oyster sauce instead of hoison

  2. Hi, nice recipe! Just wanna say that you can use pressure to separate the tips by finding the joint and pushing the knife trough(maybe you know it and that's just the way you do it), if you are down to separate 30-40 wings the way you did, your hand is going to hurt the whole week. Besides that, great recipe, wingz look good and i bet they smell better.

  3. The local fast food chinese restaurant made this deep fried. Probably using potato flour and cooking the marinade to thicken in a pot to cover the wings with the sauce afterward. Adding sesame seeds at the end. Use to order just the wings because it is so good! New owner and recipe gone.
