  1. I tried the banana walnut baked oatmeal but it didn't baked like its shown its watery at bottom … I baked it at 180°C for 35 mins … Where's the mistake ??

  2. Anyone can eat the desserts they enjoy eating, but just limit your portion on how much you eat. You can either eat sugary sweets like donuts, cake, brownies, or make a healthy version of it. Again, just limit the amount you eat, work out any day or daily, drink water daily and you're all set to go!! ❤ don't avoid those sweets you enjoy you crave just because they're bad for you. Enjoy eating and take care of your health!!
