  2. If you’re allergic to bananas as I am, you can add sliced apples or pears to your toast (I like Ezekiel bread w/butter) and instead of peanut butter, you can use almond butter or whatever nut butter you like, sprinkled with cinnamon. Yum!!! 😋

  5. Hi Dani! In your smoothie you used a Greek yogurt. I am transitioning into vegetarian/ vegan and cannot do dairy. What would you suggest I substitute the yogurt with? Or just leave it out?

  7. I made the chocolate mug cake today for breakfast and it was delicious! I might try and multiply the amount by 1.5 since I think it was a bit too small to hold me until lunch. But great recipe! So simple yet healthy and delicious!
