  1. I'm having them once a week (i.e. last week was yellow, this week is orange) and for the orange one I HIGHLY recommend adding some cinnamon sugar 🙂 it sweetens it AND gives a nice fall flavour – cinnamon works well with orange, carrot AND peach! I also added some flax seed and replaced yoghurt with soy milk!

    I have a few questions:
    1) How long does the prepared smoothie last in the fridge?
    2) You said I can freeze and use all year round. Did you mean freeze the blended version in the jar? If so, how much space do I need in the jar so it doesn't burst the jar when it freezes and expands?
    3) How long does the prepared smoothie last in the freezer?

  3. So awesome! Vegan yogurt for me but love the combos! Can you make em the night before? I get up crazy early and I live in apt, so my neighbors wouldn't be happy with the blender noise at 4am XO Davita
