  2. I weigh 270 right now. I’m changing the way I’m eating. For now on I’m going to be eating fruit and healthy meat for breakfast. Today, my breakfast was 3 small oranges, one avocado and one slice of ham. Even though it is a big breakfast it’s better than what I usually eat.

  3. I absolutely love these ideas, but, I'm a bit confused, how many calories does half a cup of oats have? I thought they had at least 200 kcal or a bit more depending on the brand of the oats, Could someone help me solve the mystery? Thanks 🙂
