  1. On the topic of the cauliflower, beware of the shallot. I didn't know it would be so strong of a flavor. I will make this again but modify it. The chicken though is delicious!

When I started my journey I was constantly watching your videos and I lost 108lbs and have kept it off for 2 years:) Now after I have had my baby girl I am really focused on shedding these last few lbs.
