  4. I do not agree with the mono meal as being healthy at all. Crazy sugar in what was suggested, and I don't see how one person could eat an entire pineapple or 5 apples.

  5. The Indian Hindus were vegans for over a thousand years. They balanced their diets perfectly, using spices to make up for the missing heatiness of meat. Guess what happened? They were conquered by the Mughal empire in 1747.

    If it wasn't for the British who intervened, India wouldn't be an independent nation today.

    I'm Buddhist, I go veg twice or thrice a week for religious reasons….. but I'll never go off meat. It's a dark world we live in. Think about that.
