  1. Avocado, olives and feta cheese. Don't feel full after a salad? I don't blame you, but add one or all of these to your ''thin'' heathy dish and you will. Avocado and olives(I prefer kalamata) are both full of healthy fats, and both Greek feta(goat or sheep milk, crumbly) and Danish feta(cow milk, more creamy) are low in calories. Not too much feta though, because while it has many benefits it is a little high in sodium.
