  1. All the recipes r novel & good, great ideas being transformed into recipes v HV everyday, but the combinations u HV applied while preparing dosas & scrambled eggs r praiseworthy, its surely ur painstaking efforts

  2. The moong daal dosa is native of Andhra called pesarattu. We eat it with ginger chutney/pickle as you showed. But we also put diced up onions and coriander in the middle. Do try it the next time. It's a really good combo. Another popular combo is to eat pesarattu with upma.

  3. Hi for the mong dhal tosai can I add curry leaves, onion and garlic? And also can I steam the spinach before putting it in? Tried the recipe today..turned out well 😊😊
