  1. Wow Stephane – I made this last night and it was simply amazing. Loved loved loved it. I served it over long grain buttered rice. Failed miserably at the flambé but just cooked it until cognac burned off and proceeded. It worked out just fine. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. I have met a surprising amount of people who don't like garlic. I've come to believe if one doesn't like an ingredient, they just haven't had it prepared correctly. I have NEVER met anyone who doesn't like garlic prepared in this manner.

  3. Greetings Esteban. I gotta' tell ya'… I done cooked up this here garlicky chicken and it was AwEsOmE! I've now watched a number of your recipes but this was my first time cooking up one of your suggestions and it couldn't have been any easier. The cognac elevates the flavor of it all. Served alongside was some creamed spinach and roasted red potatoes. It was so good that I even scared my finicky lady-friend with my new found cooking talents. Thanks!
