I have tried some of the chia puddings you showed in one of your other videos and oh my god!! I'd get up looking forward to breakfeast, can't wait to try some of these! The banana one looks heavenly.

  2. I made this with 1/2C walnuts and 2 bananas. I used an egg as I'm not vegan. I also used a muffin top pan instead of a regular muffin pan. They are super yummy!!!

  4. Just baked the Chocolate muffins! Didn't use peanut butter, just added crushed almond nuts and the unsweetened cocoa powder, yum..they came out great! Thank you so much for this easy recipe, first time baking and surprised by the results.

  5. I'm really enjoying your videos! I'm wondering if you've ever tried vinegar in your cupcake batter? It will make the cupcakes rise and be lighter and fluffy. I believe the vinegar reacts with the baking soda to make this happen.
