  3. LOVE avocados! I'm definitely going to be trying the matcha avocado chia pudding first- I love matcha and chia seeds about as much as avocados so it's my perfect breakfast! I even have a blueberry matcha powder that would probably be delicious in this recipe 🙂

  4. Great unique recipes! I absolutely LOVE avocado! I feel so fortunate living in Southern California where avocados are so fresh and affordable. One of my favorite snacks is simply avocado still in the shell (cut in half, and 'stabbed' with a fork to create small holes) drizzled with balsamic vinegar, a tiny bit of olive oil and sprinkled with some herbs of your liking. Eat it with a spoon straight out of the shell and it's so yummy!
