  1. you can't be more mistaken. Olive oil is one of the more healthy and essential oil you can eat. Maybe the soy oil is the only one that can compete in healthness and nutrients. You NEED oil in your diet, and vegetable oils are the best choice, forget about nothing that comes from animal process.
