  1. This is fantastic!! Have really been enjoying your channel. Would love to hear about tips and tricks for keeping skin clear when the gym is a part of one's daily life. ie/ if you workout every day, just like the right time to eat the right food for training, what is the right time to use the right products for good skin? I find that my skin looks great when I wake up but working out and showering in the morning makes my face super red for most of the day. Also, I don't want to wear at my skin by using cleanser too many times a day either. I generally use gentle cleansers and moisturizers. Any tips would be lovely!! Maybe you've already done one on this and I haven't seen it? Cheers.

I have given up alcohol because I'm waiting for a liver transplant (-not because of alcohol) but my bad liver is causing me to not to be able to breathe properly and I'm on oxygen and in bed every day. I'm only 20 and I'm giving it up for good because life is so precious. You realise that when yours could be cut short. I'll definitely be getting my mum to help me with these recipes as its a nice alternative to water. I love your channel and one day I hope to come back with my new liver and use your videos to eat healthy and get back in to better shape. Xxxxxxx 😘😘😘😘😘

  5. You might find you like it Carly- I gave up drinking a few years ago and have never looked back! I love not wasting all day Sunday feeling rubbish and feel so much healthier. All those empty calories and sugar in those alcoholic drinks are unbelievable
