    Diego. we have Albertsons, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole Foods and Jimbos

    gluten is not good. my mother can eat it and she always tells me don't eat it and don't buy or give to my kids. they love sandwiches and I wish we could find a soft gluten free bread, pasta, tortilla other than corn. thanks again.

  4. To you all saying "Wheat is healthy, she doesn't know what she's talking about," or in general making rude comments, just stop. Wheat is not healthy and is actually very bad the way most manufacturers treat it. You'd think she would know what she's doing just by looking at her body! I didn't see anything in this video that was the least bit unhealthy and these are very good recipes.
