  1. all sounds delicious! however with my hypothyroid problem soy sauce is definitely out of the question! can I substitute it with anything else? tks! I love your recipes on smoothies! peace and blessings!

  2. Great, great Video! High energy and awesome recipe ideas! Getting really hardy flavors into Quinoa isn't necessarily hard, but it is a challenge sometimes to find new, "flavorful" quinoa recipes, outside of just using garlic, lemon and herbs. These look delicious! Cannot wait to try them, thank you so much.

  4. I'm curious, why did you first cook the quinoa for 15 minutes and then let it rest for 5… and the second time, you cooked it for 10 minutes and let it rest (with the broccoli) for 5 minutes? Why the difference in cooking time? Also, white quinoa is technically best cooked in a ratio of 1 : 1.5 … (I cup quinoa to 1.5 water/liquid). Just FYI. : )

  5. can i also add tumeric? i need recipes that are anti inflammatory…no nightshade family veggies like tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc. tumeric is good for arthritis.

  7. ok, i tried the first one and it s good 🙂 I had all the ingredients, even already cooked quinoa from yesterday… I just didnt have any green onions :(, i bet it s even better with them. so thanks for the recipe! I already ate quinoa in 2 different ways in the past 2 days lol, so I didnt know what to do with it today. and there you were with these 3 wonderful recipes. I ll try the other two as well :))
