  2. Great, great Video! High energy and awesome recipe ideas! Getting really hardy flavors into Quinoa isn't necessarily hard, but it is a challenge sometimes to find new, "flavorful" quinoa recipes, outside of just using garlic, lemon and herbs. These look delicious! Cannot wait to try them, thank you so much.

  3. Thank you for making all of these super amazing, healthy AND EASY recipes for us. I really appreciate your channel… (and the fact that you're Canadian too 😉 )

  4. I'm curious, why did you first cook the quinoa for 15 minutes and then let it rest for 5… and the second time, you cooked it for 10 minutes and let it rest (with the broccoli) for 5 minutes? Why the difference in cooking time? Also, white quinoa is technically best cooked in a ratio of 1 : 1.5 … (I cup quinoa to 1.5 water/liquid). Just FYI. : )

  5. can i also add tumeric? i need recipes that are anti inflammatory…no nightshade family veggies like tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, etc. tumeric is good for arthritis.

  6. Just made the stir fry recipe to add to my salmon as a meal prep, had a little left over to taste and yum! Thanks for all the ideas! I'll be making the Tangy Tai recipe next! Love your videos!!
