  2. Can you taste the coconut oil in the cookies? I absolutely hate the taste of coconut, which makes eating gluten and dairy free very difficult , as so many things use coconut as a replacement.

  3. Coconut oil is one of the most concentrated sources of saturated fat. Coconut sugar has a negligible amount of nutrition compared to regular sugar. I would not consider any of these healthy, but they are only slightly better than other choices.

  4. Alyssa, I am so excited to make the chocolate chip cookies! They are my favorite cookie of all time, and I have several recipes that are my old standbys, but I want to try yours. Maybe they will become my favorite 😉
