  1. I haven't tried the Isopure and I recently found out about Vega One. I did see it at Whole Foods. I decided to try the hemp protein supplement which is balanced with Omega fats plus contains important enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients. The real deciding factor between hemp and Vega One was price because the hemp protein supplement is cheaper.

  2. I do eat fish mostly salmon and sometimes shrimp. I stop eating "protein" bars and never really got into energy bars. I wouldn't necessarily call it a protein bar but I love the Lara bars because they do not have added sugar or perservatives. Also, I add hemp protein powder to my smoothies which is my protein supplement. Hemp protein is a complete protein without all the added "stuff" in it like other protein powders.
